ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING - FACULTY OF ENGINEERING

Department of Environmental Engineering has conferred Sarjana Teknik degree to 17 graduates in conferring ceremony at Prof. Soedarto, S.H. Building, Undip Tembalang Campus, on Monday, July 26, 2010. The best graduate from this period is Angga Al Akla with GPA 3.49. Besides the best graduate, the department also conferred double degree to a Twinning Program student, Perdana Nugroheni, who has been satisfactorily graduated from the program at Saxion University, Holland. 

On July 20 to 25, 2010, Environmental Engineering students class of 2007 organized and went on Field Trip Study Pati - Surabaya - Bali. Students, accompanied by Mr. Wiharyanto Oktiawan and Mr. Badrus Zaman, visited Kacang Dua Kelinci Production Plant in Pati, Central Java to learn about food processing. The trip was continued to Jawa Pos Group in Surabaya, where they observed printing process at Temprina, as well as paper prroduction and wastewater treatment at Adi Prima. Afterward, the group visited Depo Cemara at Bali to learn 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) application. At last, the trip was concluded by visiting some attractions in Bali, such as Dreamland, Benoa Promontory, Bedugul Lake, Tanah Lot, and Kuta Beach.
